Philip is a biochemical engineer with extensive business development expertise gained in the private and public sectors. He has 20 years experience of biopharmaceutical manufacturing including senior management experience. Philip has delivered a wide range of projects for Cels involving the commercialisation of science, SME business development, large company access to science as well as regional and national economic analysis.

Michael Hutchins
Networks Development Manager
Michael's role in Cels is to grow and develop the HealthConnect network of healthcare and life science organisations. He is the point of contact for all e-communications, including the website, the weekly sector update e-newsletter and all social media. He also assists in the organisation of Cels events, including attendance at international tradeshows.
