He has held senior executive positions in the International Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Industries for over twenty years.

Prof Michael Whitaker

Prof Michael Whitaker is Professor of Physiology and Dean of Development in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Biology and of the Academy of Medical Sciences. He has published widely in the areas of reproductive biology and cell cycle control and has extensive international connections in these areas, particularly the US and Japan.
