As a start-up organisation, Cels can provide the business support you need to help grow your business into a successful enterprise.

We have close relationships with a number of organisations and agencies across the region which provide funding for business start-up and expansion.  We can put you in touch with these potential sources of investment and can also facilitate introductions with key organisations in the private and public sector, academics and clinicians.

Cels can provide access to state-of-the-art incubator facilities such as Cels at Newcastle based at Newcastle University’s Medical School. The incubator has an on-site meeting room and tenants benefit from the scientific and business support of Cels’ laboratory manager.

Business support and management advice is available through our Venturing programme. Cels offers expert advice to new businesses on specific healthcare topics as well as general business advice such as marketing and finance and we can help you identify where this support is needed.

Through NEPAF Cels is able to provide access to state of the art equipment and expertise in the field of proteomics to help companies develop new products and provide supporting date to help generate additional funding.
