Cels Infrastructure division is focused  on creating physical environments for early and mid stage life science businesses.

North East England has a range of business incubators, bio-parks and business parks for healthcare companies. Cels manages some of these and provides business support services to tenants of others. These include:

Cels at Newcastle Micro Incubator

A  4,000 square feet, fully serviced incubator facility comprising individual 400-square feet units for start up life science or healthcare companies. The facility is located within Newcastle University’s Medical School, with tenants able to benefit from on-site scientific support and business support from Cels, the facility manager.  Tenants also have an on-site communal meeting room, utility room and on-site board room facilities and are able to benefit from access to shared equipment use within the medical school by prior arrangement.
