Focusing on different Routes into Employment, the aim of this workshop is to provide a clear idea of what employers are looking for in new and recent graduates. Speakers from the fields of scientific recruitment, pharmaceuticals and intellectual property will be on hand to offer their extensive advice and experience.

This will be followed by a CV workshop will be a unique opportunity for you to gain feedback on your CV. You will have a one to one session with one of our industry recruiment experts and discover what a good CV should look like - so please bring your CV with you! This is essential feedback to ensure that you are always at the ‘top of the pile’ in any recruitment process!

The event will include:

• Careers advice from Iain McCulloch, a scientific recruitment consultant from NRG
• Presentation by Dave Martin from Marks & Clerk, outlining careers in Intellectual Property
• Presentation by a representative from a ‘Big Pharma’ company
• One to one CV workshop
• Opportunities for Q&A and networking
